Αντίο Καρλ Λάγκερφελντ και σε ευχαριστούμε

Διάσημοι σχεδιαστές, μοντέλα και προσωπικότητες από τον χώρο της μόδας σε όλο τον κόσμο, απέτισαν φόρο τιμής στην ιδιοφυΐα του Καρλ Λάγκερφελντ, αποχαιρετώντας τον με το δικό τους τρόπο.

Ο Καρλ Λάγκερφελντ άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή το πρωί της Τρίτης σε ηλικία 85 ετών, έπειτα από ασθένεια που τον ταλαιπώρησε τις τελευταίες εβδομάδες, και έπειτα από 50 και πλέον χρόνια στην κορυφή της γαλλικής και της παγκόσμιας βιομηχανίας της μόδας.

Η Κάρλα Μπρούνι έγραψε στο Instagram: «RIP Αγαπητέ Καρλ, ευχαριστώ για όλες αυτές

τις σπίθες… ευχαριστώ που έφερες τόση ομορφιά και τόση φρεσκάδα σε αυτόν τον τόσο βαρύ κόσμο, τόσα χρώματα σε αυτό το γκρίζο, τόση φλόγα σε αυτή τη χλωμή εποχή. Νομίζω ότι δεν θα σας άρεσαν πολύ τα δάκρυα, τα λουλούδια και οι κορώνες αλλά θα λείψετε πολύ. Σε εμένα όπως και σε όλο τον κόσμο».

Η σχεδιάστρια Ντονατέλα Βερσάτσε έγραψε στο Instagram: «Καρλ, η ιδιοφυΐα σου επηρέασε τη ζωή τόσων ανθρώπων, κυρίως τη ζωή του Τζιάνι και τη δική μου. Ουδέποτε θα ξεχάσουμε το απίστευτο ταλέντο σου, την άπειρη έμπνευσή του. Πάντα μαθαίναμε από εσένα».

Η σχεδιάστρια Βικτόρια Μπέκαμ έγραψε στο Instagram: «Πολύ λυπημένη από την είδηση αυτή. Ο Καρλ ήταν μια ιδιοφυΐα και υπήρξε πάντα τόσο καλός και γενναιόδωρος με εμένα, σε επίπεδο προσωπικό και επαγγελματικό».

Η σχεδιάστρια μόδας Ναταλί Ρικέλ, η κόρη και κληρονόμος της Σόνια Ρικιέλ, δήλωσε στο δίκτυο RTL: «Είναι η τελευταία μεγάλη ιδιοφυΐα που φεύγει της περιόδου του Ιβ Σεν Λοράν. Ένας άνδρας εντελώς ιδιόμορφος, ξεχωριστός, γεμάτος με ταλέντο, ευφυΐα, πολιτισμό. Ήταν κυρίως ένας αεικίνητος άνθρωπος. Νομίζω πως δεν κοιμόταν πολύ, ξυπνούσε πολύ νωρίς το πρωί, διάβαζε φοβερά, ταξίδευε πολύ. Μπορούσε να είναι κακός, κάτι που καλλιεργούσε, και μπορούσε επίσης να είναι πολύ γενναιόδωρος».

Ο Φρανσουά-Ανρί Πινό, πρόεδρος διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ομίλου ειδών πολυτελείας Kering δήλωσε στο AFP: «Ένας άνθρωπος επιπέδου, ζωηρό πνεύμα, με εξευγενισμένη ευφυΐα και εξαιρετικό πολιτισμό. Λάτρης του ωραίου και απαράμιλλος μόδιστρος που μεταμόρφωσε το επάγγελμά του, τη μόδα και τον κλάδο των ειδών πολυτελείας, ανήκει σε αυτούς των οποίων η δημιουργικότητα και η προσωπικότητα θα σφραγίσουν την εποχή μας για πάντα».

Ο Μπερνάρ Αρνό, πρόεδρος διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ομίλου ειδών πολυτελείας LVMH δήλωσε στο AFP: «Με τον Καρλ Λάγκερφελντ χάθηκε μια δημιουργική ιδιοφυΐα που συνέβαλε έτσι ώστε το Παρίσι να γίνει η παγκόσμια πρωτεύουσα της μόδας και ο Fendi ένας από τους πιο πρωτοποριακούς ιταλικούς οίκους μόδας. Του οφείλουμε πολλά».

All of us at the House of Dior are deeply saddened by news of Karl Lagerfeld’s passing. He will be greatly missed by everyone in the fashion world. Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture, said: “Karl has been for me and my wife much more than just someone I worked with. He entered our life as a tornado and we became friends. Many words will be said about his talent and genius, but I would like to single out his profound culture. Indeed, you could speak with him for hours about any subject and he always had his well-informed point of view. He had an immense sensibility and he behaved like a gentleman with all the teams and at every level. Karl had an enormous generosity with the people he loved. We feel gifted to have met him on our path and deeply honored to be his friend. The huge sorrow will not, in any way, take away the incredible memories and moments we shared together. How to forget the first Haute Couture show of Fendi in Paris, the Trevi Fountain show and his eyes the first time he entered our new offices at Palazzo della Civiltà. He was a giant and I do not think there will be anybody like him anymore. He leaves a huge empty gap in the world of fashion and we will miss him a lot.”

Nothing feels right today..at a loss for words and so heartbroken by the loss of Karl. His humor, wit , love and passion for fashion will live on forever. Rest in peace, Karl. I remember being so scared to interview you and yet you were in fact incredibly witty and generous. Thank you for inviting me to some of the most glamorous experiences of my life, it was an honour to know you. Oh yeah and thanks for the dry shampoo tip, will always think of you as I powder my wig.
