χτίζετε και παραμετροποιείτε το δικό σας νοσοκομείο, θεραπεύετε (με το αζημίωτο) ασθενείς, διαχειρίζεστε το προσωπικό σας και ανταγωνίζεστε άλλα νοσοκομεία. Το παιχνίδι έχει επίσης συνεργατικό και ανταγωνιστικό multiplayer. Το Two Point Hospital αναμένεται τέλη 2018 για PC.
