The United Political Opposition in FYROM Rejects the Pseudo-Macedonian History (Video)

The famous fountain above which a monument to Alexander the Great has been placed, located in the central part of city of Skopje (FYROM) is the most recognizable part of the project "Skopje 2014", itself an attempt to create a forged identity of Slavs of FYROM which would be "linked" with ancient Macedonia (a Hellenic entity, something about which there's an academic consensus.

During last days of tension in FYROM, characterized by "street democracy" (rallies, protests, demonstrations by opposition parties, groups and individuals, objects from the "Skopje 2014" project were targeted as a symbol of megalomania by VMRO-DPMNE and Nikola Gruevski led-FYROM. The protesters in Skopje targeted the monument with paint-bombs, but they also placed a graffiti on the edge of the fountain that states (see YouTube video) rejection of the "values" represented by the monument to Alexander the Great, namely Skopjan theft of history.
