Σίγουρα, όταν μια χώρα των μεγεθών της Κίνας απειλεί πως μπορεί να φτάσει στην πρωτεύουσα μιας χώρας των μεγεθών της Ινδίας μέσα σε 48 ώρες (όπως αναφέρθηκε στην κρατική τηλεόραση), τα πράγματα είναι ανησυχητικά.

Ωστόσο, η κινεζική «απειλή/ προειδοποίηση» όσον αφορά στο Νέο Δελχί φαίνεται πως τελικά δεν τρόμαξε και πολλούς Ινδούς, τουλάχιστον στα social media, αν κρίνει κανείς από τις αντιδράσεις στο Twitter: Πολλοί χρήστες απάντησαν...κάνοντας πλάκα, σχολιάζοντας, μεταξύ άλλων, πως το να γίνει κάτι τέτοιο θα ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από θαύμα, εξαιτίας της...κίνησης και του μποτιλιαρίσματος στο Νέο Δελχί, της ομίχλης κ.α. Ακόμη, αρκετοί σχολιάζουν την κατάσταση των ινδικών δρόμων, ασκώντας κριτική στο εσωτερικό.

Άλλοι κάνουν πλάκα με τη μόλυνση στην πρωτεύουσα της Κίνας, λέγοντας πως τα κινεζικά στρατεύματα δεν θα μπορούν να βρουν τον δρόμο εξαιτίας της.
