Αυτός ο άνθρωπος ήταν η αφορμή για να ξεκινήσει στο Reddit ένα thread στο οποίο οι χρήστες μοιράζονταν φωτογραφίες από πραγματικές τοποθεσίες στον κόσμο που ταιριάζουν στα κριτήρια του Anderson

Ο Wally Koval που αυτοπροσδιορίζεται ως «φαν του Anderson» και έχει πάθος για την αρχιτεκτονική και τα ταξίδια, σκέφτηκε πως θα ήταν πολύ ενδιαφέρον να φέρει αυτή την ιδέα στο instagram. Έτσι, δημιούργησε το λογαριασμό «AccidentallyWesAnderson», στον οποίο όχι μόνο ανεβάζει τοπία εξαιρετικής συμμετρίας και ομορφιάς, αλλά παρέχει και πληροφορίες για την κάθε τοποθεσία που κοινοποιεί.
