Octopus stidafo with olives by Akis

I saw this recipe in the morning show of Mega channel when Akis Petretzikis was hosting it about 2-3 years ago. I tried it and everybody loved it and since then they've been asking for it every time we have octopus at home and of course, it is one of the traditional mezedes of Clean Monday!
