Chicken with potatoes in the oven

I got tired of experimenting with this food. I got tired of making it different every time... either with peppers, or onions, or carrots, beer, honey, mustard.... anything that you can imagine. So, I thought of making it simple for once, just like most people do... as they used to in the old days when they didn't have all these ingredients available, the cookbooks and the internet... Simplicity is tastier, in the end!!!
