Fileminders Ltd, the leading company in Records and Information Management in Cyprus is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the position of Book-Keeper in Nicosia. The position is offered for reduced hours employment, 8:00-14:00 daily.Duties:· General Bookkeeping duties ( general ledgers and reconciliation of
entries)· Creditors control and reconciliation· Bank deposits and reconciliations· Assistance to the Financial Controller on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation of accounting departmentRequirements:· LCCI Higher Certificate in Accounting· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position· Computer literature -Very good knowledge of MS Office is essential· Fluency in Greek and English (Written and spoken)· Self-motivation and capability of organizing own workload· Good written and oral communication skills· Strong attention to details and accuracy· Clear Criminal Records· Good knowledge of accounting systems and software will be considered an advantage RemunerationCompetitive package, which includes 13th Salary, Provident Fund and Medical Insurance cover.Young dynamic working environment with the prospect of professional development and long-term career opportunities.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
