1. Senior Legal Advisor

The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing agreements, reviewing the law legal opinion s and. They will work closely with other various departments in order to ensure a holistic approach. This is a challenging position which encompasses a broad spectrum of knowledge and matters from the day to day to unique transactions. Ideal candidates should be solution driven, have good negotiation and time management skills and have excellent knowledge of financial agreements and instruments. They should also have experience in managing external counsel.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:REQUIREMENTS
• Law undergraduate university degree
• Postgraduate degree in corporate law will be considered an advantage
• At least 3 years work experience in the financial and commercial sector (experience in the FX industry will be considered an advantage)
• Regulatory knowledge (CySEC and/or CBC)
• Ministry of Finance Exams will be considered an advantage
