The position will require building an understanding of the clients’ profiles and the requirements of their applications and target jobs. Drawing from this understanding, writers will be required to prepare effective cover letters that convey interest, suitability and knowledge about the target jobs. Ideal candidates would have the following profile:
 An Excellent command of the English language.
 A good university degree taught in English.
 A good imagination and ability to relate to various fields of work.
 At least 25 years old and having access to a stable source of income.
Successful candidates will receive an initial training and given work to do from day 1.
