.NET Developer with Excellent Javascript and UI / UX skills (WORK FROM HOME option)

Duties for this position include:

- Management and supervision of our team of developers
- Responsibility for on time delivery of projects and QA
- Software architecture design
- Developing and maintaning a top UI and UX

Working hours: European timezone hours, Mon-Fri. Occasionally you will be required to work during weekends

IMPORTANT!

- This is not a traditional 9-5 job. The candidates’ performance will be evaluated on a number of projects and KPIs, not on the number of hours worked. Therefore you are expected to put in the required number of hours/effort to get the job done.

- You will be required to come to our offices daily for an initial training period of 2 weeks – 3 months (depending on the candidate’s performance during the training). After the training period you will be coming to our offices 1 day per week, therefore you must be able to drive and have access to a car

Salary is extremely competitive and will be determined based on your qualifications and performance. It will be a combination of base fixed salary and extremely aggressive commissions based on achieving targets.

Excellent English, written and spokenExcellent .NET programming languageExcellent Javascript and jquery (the app relies heavily on javascript so you will need VERY good knowledge of JS)Experience in UI and UXGood design skills (photoshop would be a great bonus)Good SQLBasic understanding of HTML, wordpress and SEOGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Self-discipline to work from home and manage your own workload.Pro-active approach to process improvementA second major European language would be beneficial in this roleDrive and persistence in reaching goalsAssociate Diploma/HND, or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
