For Marketing, Sales, or other Business oriented disciplines, if you would like to start your career as a Management Trainee, passing through all the departments of our company, with the prospect of a role in General Management, we would like to hear from you. You will be mentored by senior professionals and be involved in various project activities, such as building customer base and support, improvement of sales processes, warehousing and stock monitoring procedures, accounting and business development planning. In addition, you will also gain invaluable experience in areas such as sales engagement, consulting methodology, strategic planning, business case development, client relationship management and sales team management.

To be a valued business resource to the clients, you will need to acquire an in-depth understanding of their business and determine areas where Day & Date business segments can complement theirs. Our clients are some of the most reputable retailers in Cyprus. You are required to acquire new information on selling techniques or specialty offering capabilities quickly, to enhance sales and professional effectiveness. You will be responsible for selling Day & Date offerings (DVD, BRD, Music and Books) directly to our retail clients, closing the sale and positively impacting the client’s satisfaction with the engagement and the offerings.

Key attributes we are looking for:
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline, graduated in Year 2012 or 2013;
• Have not worked in a full-time capacity for more than two years after graduation (Undergraduate or Postgraduate);
• Passionate in the Film Industry and with a strong interest in selling or promoting Film and film related products;
• Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problems ;
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure ;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills ;
• Possess an excellent command of written & spoken English, and Greek.
