JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties, Responsibilities & Activities):

Manages the deployment, monitoring, operation, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, PCs, operating systems, databases, telephones, software applications and peripherals.Troubleshoots hardware, software and network operating systemsCoordinates and leads a variety of ICT projects and activitiesResponds to inquiries, provides individual and group support, advice and training upon requestEngages on all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plansServes as liaison to software/hardware providers

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE (Minimum):

Microsoft Windows LAN setup, configuration, administration and maintenanceMicrosoft Office suite, configuration, administration and troubleshootingSQL Server configuration, administration, database management and reportingComputer programmingAbility to demonstrate basic understanding of ERP and its applications in business (experience with ERP packages will be considered as advantage)Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):

JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties, Responsibilities & Activities):Actively engages in the production of bakery and bread productsProvides guidance, support and supervision to bakers and line employeesDrives continuous improvement initiatives across the production line in terms of costs, quality, time and service and takes corrective actionsSustains high standards of bakery and bread productsRecommends and develops new bakery and bread productsSuggests and heads the implementation of new, more effective and efficient and workable methods and procedures of production using the existing production technology and peopleFollows and oversees the safety, hygiene and security procedures and policiesTECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE (Minimum):At least 5 years’ experience in the bakery industryExcellent knowledge of the procedures adopted in the production of pastry products, croissants, biscuits and yeast-made doughSound knowledge of hygiene and safety measures and standards of production process and workplaceACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):A recognized diploma in Bakery, Food Science (Bakery Industry) or Food Technology or in any other related fieldA recognized postgraduate diploma in a subject related to the Science of BakeryBasic knowledge of IT applicationsVery good knowledge of the English languageKnowledge of production and/or baking procedures relating to frozen/semi-frozen dough or to semi-frozen products, and/or knowledge of the Greek and/or any other language will be considered as an advantage.
