Loans from other funds to pay pensions

IKA will try to cover the cost of the remaining months to the end of December by internal borrowing from other funds, and with repos secured by bonds and advance payment from the annual grant of 2012, so as not to jeopardize the payment of pensions, given that after the adverse developments the economic team dared not ask troika for approval of an extra grant for the funds from the state budget.
