Οι κάτοχοι iPhone 5 που θέλουν να χρησιμοποιήσουν το OTA update θα πρέπει να εγκαταστήσουν πρώτα το iOS Updater utility, να κάνουν reboot τη συσκευή τους και στη συνέχεια θα μπορέσουν να κατεβάσουν OTA το iOS 6.0.1
