Ανακοινώθηκαν οι φετινοί υποψήφιοι των βραβείων Screen Actors Guild

Λίγες μέρες μετά την ανακοίνωση των υποψηφιοτήτων για τις Χρυσές Σφαίρες, ανακοινώθηκαν και οι υποψήφιοι για τα Βραβεία Screen Actors Guild.

Οι υποψηφιότητες αποτελούν όπως πάντα ένα καλό δείγμα για το ποιοι είναι πιθανότερο να προταθούν για Όσκαρ στις αρχές του 2017. Στην κορυφή της λίστας βρίσκεται το «Manchester by the Sea», με τέσσερις υποψηφιότητες, ενώ για βραβεία είναι υποψήφιοι φυσικά τόσο ο Ryan Gosling και η Emma Stone για το «La La Land». Δυνατά όμως έχουν μπει στο παιχνίδι τόσο η Natalie Portman, όσο και ο Denzel Washington για το «Jackie» και το «Fences» αντίστοιχα.

Υπήρχαν όμως και οι εκπλήξεις, όπως η υποψηφιότητα της Emily Blunt για το «Girl on the Train», μία ταινία που πήρε πολύ κακές κριτικές, αλλά τα πήγε καλά στις αίθουσες. Στη λίστα των SAG βρίσκουμε επίσης και τον Hugh Grant για την ερμηνεία του στο «Florence Foster Jenkins». Αισθητή είναι όμως και η παρουσία της ιδιαίτερης και τρυφερής ταινίας «Captain Fantastic», για την οποία δικαίως είναι υποψήφιος ο πάντα καλός Viggo Mortensen.

Αυτό που μάλλον δεν περίμενε κανείς είναι η παντελής απουσία του δράματος «Loving», οι πρωταγωνιστές του οποίου Ruth Negga και Joel Edgerton είναι υποψήφιοι για Χρυσή Σφαίρα.

Όσο για τις τηλεοπτικές σειρές, «Stranger Things», «The People v OJ Simpson» και «Westworld» έχουν η κάθε μία από τρεις υποψηφιότητες.
