Omelette with fresh broad beans

Yesterday, it was a Saturday so I got fresh broad beans from the open market. Full, with a nice color and firm on the outside, you break them and they snap.

Noone else eats broad beans at home. So, I also have them on very rare occasions. They are like an "unattainable object of desire". But a few days ago I spotted a recipe for broad beans stew on the internet and my mind was set on them...

And since Katerina (the princess of the open market) added more than I asked for, I thought of trying something different as well.
