Πρώτη με 9 υποψηφιότητες στα Grammy η Beyonce, σύμφωνα με τον κατάλογο των υποψηφιοτήτων που δημοσιεύθηκε σήμερα από τη Recording Academy, την αμερικανική ακαδημία δίσκων.

Η Beyonce προηγείται του Kαναδού Drake, της Rihanna και του ράπερ Kanye West , οι οποίοι έχουν από οκτώ υποψηφιότητες.

Beyonce και η Adele ήταν οι μόνες που είχαν υποψηφιότητες στις περισσότερες κατηγορίες, όπως το «Άλμπουμ της χρονιάς», το «Τραγούδι της χρονιάς» με τα τραγούδια «Formation» και «Hello», και o «Δίσκος της χρονιάς», με τα τραγούδια «Formation», «Hello» and «7 Years». Επίσης, ήταν υποψήφια και για το καλύτερο Pop Solo, με το τραγούδι «Hold Up», για το καλύτερο Urban Contemporary Album, με το άλμπουμ «Lemonade», για την καλύτερη Rap/Sung Performance, με το τραγούδι«Freedom» και για το καλύτερο Rock Performance, με το τραγούδι «Don’t Hurt Yourself».
