Telephone Betting Operator (f/m), London
On behalf of a betting company based in London, UK we are looking for a Telephone Betting Operator who has good organizational skills and smart working methods.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & support customer’s requirements

outside of bet placement
- Support and understand customer requirements and resolve any customer problems
- Support telephone betting specific duties and mail marketing campaigns
- Report any identified system faults and / or customer feedback as appropriate
- Create strong relationships with company’s customers, advising on all telephone betting products

The Candidates Profile:
- Excellent verbal, written and typing communication skills in English, plus two more European languages
- A good level of education (‘A’ Level standard)
- Knowledge of gambling and gaming markets
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience in betting – gaming sector
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications
- Able to work under time pressure and flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Provide & support customers with the best solution to their problems
- Recognize when problems must be escalated to second line support
- Be responsible for answering phone, email and chat queries from customers on daily basis
- Help to create a development plan to enable growth within the company

- A good level of education (‘A’ Level standard)
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
