1. Budgeting & Reporting Senior Analyst

The role:

The successful candidate will assist in the complete budget process and the reporting function (both internal and external) of the Finance Department. Further, the role holder will have interaction with all departments of the business and will report to the Budgeting & Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation and implementation of procedures and processes for producing the company’s reports, annual budgets, forecasts and any other reports required by the business.Assisting in providing evidence of evaluation of current practices, proposing new procedures to improve financial management practices and continually evaluating and reviewing policies and practices that affect the budgeting and reporting cycle.Assisting in following reliable quality procedures and ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate and on time.Liaising and maintain networks within other departments to facilitate the achievement of financial objectives.Building and maintaining information and reporting systems. Assisting in developing and implementing principles, strategies and procedures and recommendations which support effective information management and information sharing.Assisting in financial research, analysis and reporting as listed below:Quality assurance checks on dataMonthly Operational reportsDivisional reportsQuarterly Operational reports for vendor financiersFinancial statistics to QA teamInterim and Annual Consolidations Pack

Experience/Knowledge:

Diploma and/or BSc in Accounting and Finance or in a related fieldPostgraduate degree (MBA, etc) and / or professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, etc) will be an advantageAt least 1-2 years experience in related fieldBusiness and financial acumenStrong analytical skillsStrategic foresightExcellent communication skills – Greek and English

2. ICT and Indirect Account Manager

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible to follow the MTN Business Sales strategy and coordinate the operations in order to meet ICT and Indirect Sales targets.
To develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospect partner companies, and develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs to be in a position to effectively promote MTN and Partner business services.

Responsibilities:

Organize meetings, presentations and demonstrations to partners in promoting MTN services.Communicate to sales management information on competitor’s activities, feedback from partners and recommend proactive moves where appropriate.Maintain up to date knowledge of MTN products and services and how they can be exploited in the different business areas.Maintain up to date knowledge of ICT products and services and how they can be exploited in the different business areas.Collect competitive information in relations with the efforts of the competition in the ICT segment.Preparation of sales & other required reportsPrepare and provide required sales documentation and promotional material to partners

Experience / Knowledge:

University Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Management is considered an assetMinimum 3-year experience in Information Technology Sales-related roleExcellent Understanding of ICT services and productsSolid Business understandingLocal business contextExcellent PC literacy skills and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and presentationsNegotiation skillsCommunication SkillsProblem Solving skillsAble to deal effectively with a variety of personalities.Able to adapt to changing circumstances
