Account Manager x 7

4 based in Nicosia & 3 based in Limassol
The role:

The successful candidate will develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective corporate customers, and develop an in-depth understanding of each corporate customer’s business needs to be in a position to effectively

promote business services in order to boost MTN Business Sales strategy and meet targets. The successful candidate will receive salary plus commission.
Responsibilities:

Organise meetings, presentations and demonstrations to corporate customers in promoting MTN services.Communicate to sales management information on competitor’s activities, feedback from corporate customers and recommend proactive moves where appropriate.Maintain up to date knowledge of MTN products and services and how they can be exploited in the different business areas.Maintain customer related reports and records according to the procedures in order to keep corporate customer data up to dateCollect competitive information in relations with the efforts of the competition in the corporate segment.Preparation of sales & other required reportsPrepare and provide required sales documentation and promotional material to customers

Experience/Knowledge:

Previous sales experience – preferably in a corporate sales environmentTertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing will be considered an advantageAble to deal effectively with a variety of personalitiesBusiness understandingService orientatedNegotiation skillsProfessional with customersFluent Greek and English skills

Customer Service Representative

Part-time roles – 4x Nicosia & 2x Limassol

The role:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to existing and new MTN customers in both selling our services or providing efficient and effective after-sales services. The successful candidate will also support the day to day jobs within the shop under the supervision and direction of the CSP Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide the subscriber or prospective client with requested and necessary information according to company policies and procedures.Educate subscribers and prospective clients with regards to the products and services offered.Confers with customer by phone or in person to deal with service requests matters.Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation. Follow up the progress.Applies charges for service requested, collects cash and conducts the related controls.Completes contracts forms, prepares change of records, and registers correct item codes.Prepare daily sales reports.Be constantly informed about competitor’s products and services (strengths and weaknesses).Investigate, study, learn and use all of company’s products and servicesGive feedback to supervisor and manager about customer comments, complaints, our services, competition moves, etc.Meet sales and other targets (bill payments, modifications, etc)Keep the shop in proper condition and follow brand guidelines.

Experience/Knowledge:

Basic PC literacy skillsUnderstanding of services and productsAble to deal effectively with a variety of personalitiesAble to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers dataAble to adapt to changing circumstancesBasic knowledge of GSM technology and servicesFluent written and spoken Greek and English
