Η Porsche επεκτείνει τη συνεργασία της με τους Wolfgang Hatz και Uwe-Karsten Staedter

Το εποπτικό συμβούλιο της Porsche AG, ενέκρινε πως για πέντε επιπλέον χρόνια θα προσφέρουν τις υπηρεσίες τους στη Porsche ο Wolfgang Hatz, επικεφαλής έρευνας και ανάπτυξης και ο Uwe-Karsten Staedter διευθυντής προμηθειών της.

Ο Hatz, ο οποίος ανέλαβε ως μέλος του Εκτελεστικού Συμβουλίου, το τμήμα Έρευνας και Ανάπτυξης της Porsche τον Φεβρουάριο

του 2011, με τη νέα συμφωνία να έχει ισχύ από την 1η Φεβρουαρίου του 2014. Ο Uwe-Karsten Städter είναι υπεύθυνος για το τμήμα Προμηθειών από τον Απρίλιο του 2011, με τη νέα σύμβαση του να αρχίζει από την 1η Απριλίου 2014.

Supervisory Board acknowledges the importance of Executive Board members on the company’s road to success

Porsche extends Wolfgang Hatz’s and Uwe-Karsten Städter’s contracts by an-other five years

Stuttgart. The Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, appointed Executive Board members Wolfgang Hatz (54) and Uwe-Karsten Städter (57) for another five years in its meeting today. The new contract for Wolfgang Hatz, who took over as Member of the Executive Board Research and Development department in February 2011, is due to begin on February 1, 2014. Uwe-Karsten Städter has been responsible for the Procurement department since April 2011 – his new contract begins on April 1, 2014.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG, Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, paid tribute to the performance put in by both Executive Board members over the last three years. “The contribution from Mr Hatz and Mr Städter has been pivotal in creating the integrated automotive group with Volkswagen, thereby helping to set the course for a successful future for Porsche AG.”
